A retailer's first preoccupation is not IT. And still, the world is changing and when you manage a point of sale, you have to be able to cash in quickly, buy at the best price, prevent stockouts, build customer loyalty and be able to cope with changes in consumer behaviour (mobility, shopping site,...).
How many times have we heard:
